Terms Of Service

Purchasing Art- I accept commission requests through Discord (kiiyume), Twitter DMs and email ([email protected])- I have the right to decline artwork that I cannot fulfill.- I am NOT a character designer, therefore you will need to provide a reference sheet of your character or a flat sketch with colors. I will not design your character.
- I reserve the right to use your commissioned artwork as an example for future commissions and for portfolio display.- I reserve the right to live stream your commission, unless agreed upon otherwise.- I reserve the right to post your commission to social media. If it must remain undisclosed until a specific date, I will wait until after that date.Payment Process- All sales will be bought through PayPal Invoice.- Once payment has been made, I will not accept refunds or chargebacks unless I have not started on the model.- If refunded before model has started, I keep 10%- I will begin on the commission once the payment has been agreed on and paid.Turnaround Time- Turn around time for illustrations is 3 weeks, Models take months depending on complexity- These estimates may change depending on design complexity.
